Beautiful Treysgawen Hall was the setting for Claire and Bari’s Wedding day last Saturday, and whilst the weather wasn’t bright and sunny we did manage to get out and get some photographs before the rain became too heavy.
Claire was an absolutely stunning Bride, the perfect match for the handsome Groom, Bari. All the guests looked amazing and were so patient, standing outside so the Bride and Groom could have some photographs with them all, even whilst the odd drop of rain came down.
We loved being a part of this day, all the details that had gone into the day were amazing, from the venue, to the cake, the flowers and the confetti cannons for the first dance, they all made for a very special day.
Claire and Bari we hope that you enjoyed your day and we look forward to showing you the rest of the photographs very soon xx
Rachel and Sean chose the beautiful Carreglwyd as the setting for their Wedding day on Saturday. Unfortunately the weather was against us on the day but we had a dry start which meant the most important part of the day, the ceremony, could be performed in the most amazing setting, on the lake. The guests were great fun and even endured some light drizzle so we could get a few shots outside before the rain really came down. The whole day was so full of fun, with two bands combining to play some amazing music, face painting and fantastic food and drinks, no one really noticed the poor weather outside.
Rachel and Sean we hope you had an amazing day, we wish you all the best for the future xx
Special thanks to these talented and amazing people:
‘I don’t think I have ever felt this happy in my whole life.’
This phrase from Vanessa early in the day will stick as such a beautiful little moment in a day full of emotion and happiness, and really sums up the day.
We were made to feel so welcome by everyone, the bridesmaids and groomsmen were amazing and did such a fantastic job looking after Cemlyn and Vanessa, and us!
Penisarwaun church was a gorgeous setting for this moving ceremony, and as beautiful Vanessa walked down the aisle to join her handsome groom, Cemlyn, there wasn’t a dry eye in the church. We were so lucky that the weather stayed dry and warm for everyone as they arrived back at Seiont Manor for the Wedding breakfast, and we were able to get some photographs outside.
Cemlyn and Vanessa, you make such a lovely couple, so made for each other, you balance each other perfectly. We know that you will have a wonderful life together, and we wish you nothing but love, luck and happiness. Thank you so much for letting us capture your day xxx

We always have a ‘plan B’ in mind for Wedding days where the weather isn’t good enough for outdoor photographs, and yesterday morning, with torrential rain and gale force winds battering Anglesey, that plan was firmly in place. However, five minutes before the Bride arrived at Trearddur Bay Hotel, the rain stopped, the clouds began to clear and even though the wind was still strong, the sun started to peek out. We couldn’t believe our luck, but sure enough, as the ceremony finished, the sun came out in full force and we were able to take advantage and get outside for photographs.
Gemma and Steve were a fantastic couple to work with and we were so pleased they chose us to photograph their Wedding Day. We absolutely loved their commitment to getting some photos by the sea, even though the spray from the waves was blowing over us all and the wind was wreaking havoc with hair and dresses. Gemma must have been freezing! We hope we made it worthwhile.
Thank you both for an amazing day, we loved being a part of it, love and happiness to you always 🙂
With a forecast for heavy rain on Saturday for Lisa and Bryan’s Wedding day, we were ready with the umbrellas and a back-up plan, but thankfully, after a grey and dull start to the day the sun came out and it stayed dry all day.
Calm excitement was the theme of the morning with big smiles all around and a totally chilled atmosphere as Lisa and her bridesmaids got ready for the day. The ceremony at the Lastra Farm Hotel went smoothly and everyone looked amazing. With the sun out for the afternoon there was plenty for the kids to do outside and all the guests enjoyed a few drinks in the warmth, before getting ready to party in the evening!
A caricaturist kept people smiling with some amazing drawings and Lisa and Bryan’s evening kicked off with their beautiful first dance, with music performed to perfection by the Best Man.
All around this day had some amazing touches and fanastic attention to detail, we thoroughly enjoyed being a part of it. Thank you Lisa and Bryan, we know you will be so happy together and we wish you a lifetime of love and laughter xx
When we saw the forecast for Saturday, and heard all the rain pouring down on Friday night we really thought we were in for some wet and miserable weather for Rhodri and Natalie’s Wedding yesterday, but by 10am the sun was out, the wind had dropped and it was warming up nicely. To put it perfectly, Natalie told us she and her friend had been discussing the night before during all the rain that ‘The sun shines on the Righteous’!
This couple certainly deserved the sunshine on the big day. They both looked amazing and their love and respect for each other is obvious. Rhodri had secretly organised a horse drawn carriage to take Natalie to the church, such a sweet touch that had everyone’s eyes watering!
The whole day went perfectly and everyone looked amazing, not least the handsome Groom and stunning Bride in a totally gorgeous dress.
We absolutely loved being a part of this day and hope the photographs reflect just how special a day it was. 🙂
We have never heard so many guests at a Wedding comment on what a perfect day it was as we did at Richard and Carolyn’s wedding yesterday, and they weren’t wrong. The setting at Nant Gwrtheyrn couldn’t have been more beautiful and with still, warm weather we really couldn’t have asked for more.
Karen Moore of KLM Hair in Valley, and Charlotte Parry-Jones made Carolyn look every inch the beautiful bride, whilst I Do Wedding Hire made the reception room look amazing. Richard and his Best Man and Ushers all looked very handsome and the guests looked stunning. The flowers by Karen Jones and cake by Joanne Ellis were just the most amazing finishing details.
It’s hard to build a picture of this wedding in just a short blog piece, I don’t think any words would do it justice, but if we can just shamelessly take a note from the Best Man’s speech here and sum it up in three words, these would be the ones we would use….
Happily Ever After. 🙂
We normally let the photographs speak for themselves on these blogs, however this next image just needs a little explanation. Richard and Carolyn were brave enough to want to try this shot before their ceremony. Without wanting to break tradition and see each other, they put their trust in us 100% to get them each to this spot unseen so that they could have a quick holding of hands around the corner of the wall. It clearly meant a lot to them both to do this, as we noticed from the ‘white knuckle’ grip they had on each other. Just a truly beautiful moment, and we commend them on their willpower for not peeping at all! 🙂
