Barry and Elin were married in St Eilian’s church on Saturday. After a week of heatwave weather, their day dawned a little cooler and a little breezier, perfect for a wedding.
Although weddings over the last few months have been restricted due to the circumstances, this couple embraced the intimacy of a smaller wedding, and added some beautiful touches to make their day extra special. From the binding of hands with a Celtic rope and the involvement of the children, to the stunning wedding car and the best smelling petal confetti we’ve come across! Everything just fitted together perfectly and made for a fantastic celebration.
Thank you, Barry and Elin, for a really enjoyable day with you and all your guests. We hope you like the photographs as much as we loved taking them.
Baby Albie came for a baby shoot today. Just 10 days old and so handsome. For such a young man he was very alert, very strong but also very well behaved. He posed beautifully for us 🙂 We had a lovely morning photographing him and his very patient Mum and Dad.
Thank you for a lovely morning Betsan, Adam and Albie. See you soon xx
Telor and Lowri were married yesterday at St Eleth’s church in Amlwch in a ceremony that was beautiful and unique with lots of laughing, a few tears and a glass of wine too!
After a horrendous day of rain on Friday, this couple were blessed with blue skies and sunshine all day for their wedding, and we made the most of it. After the ceremony, a quick stop at Amlwch Harbour and the shoreline near Beaumaris for some photos, everyone made their way to Tros Yr Afon near Penmon. This beautiful venue was the perfect backdrop for a beautiful bride and her handsome groom.
Telor and Lowri had thought of everything to make their guests comfortable and happy whilst sharing their special day, with ice cream and drinks on arrival, and rugby on big screens for the die-hard supporters. They even included a box full of flip flops so ladies wearing high-heels could dance all night in comfort! Everything came together perfectly to make this an unforgettable day. We were made to feel so welcome by family and guests alike, and everyone was so helpful.
This couple have an amazing bond, their speeches really made everyone laugh but highlighted what an amazing couple they are, talented, intelligent and made for each other.
Telor and Lowri, thank you for a brilliant day, we don’t have any doubt that your journey together will be filled with love and laughter…and happy ever after ♥
Special thanks to the following amazing people for helping to make the day perfect:
Anglesey has many beautiful venues for a wedding, so it was no surprise that Jenny and Jo chose picturesque Trearddur Bay for their wedding.
It wasn’t the sunniest of days, but it stayed dry and the beaming brides and their guests more than made up for the lack of sunshine.
After an emotional ceremony, the brides and their guests made their way to the edge of the beach for some photos and then we escaped with just the brides over to Porth Dafarch for some quieter photos on the headland.
This wonderful couple never stopped smiling at each other and it was so touching to see what an amazing bond they have with each other and their families, and so much love all around!
This couple went the extra mile to surprise each other throughout their day with thoughtful touches here and there, and an amazing choreographed dance with their children to kick start the evening!
We really enjoyed photographing this fantastic couple, Jenny and Jo we wish you nothing but love and happiness for your lives together. Thank you for a wonderful day!
Jenny and Dave were married at the Management Centre in Bangor this weekend, a beautiful location with stunning views across the Menai Straits. We knew as soon as we met Jenny and Dave that we were going to enjoy being a part of their Wedding day. Their easy banter and relaxed happiness was infectious and we couldn’t wait for their day to arrive. On the morning of their wedding both Bride and Groom were totally calm with barely any nerves showing at all, we could see that this was going to be a fun and relaxed day, a joining of two people so clearly meant to be together.
After the ceremony we took advantage of the venue’s amazing courtyard, the gorgeous views, and the stunning looking Bride, Groom and guests to get some group photos before the happy couple sat down for their Wedding Breakfast. A quick visit afterwards back to Amlwch, to include family members that couldn’t be at the wedding, just reinforced what a caring and thoughtful couple these two are, with family being the most important thing in their lives.
Jenny and Dave, thank you so much for letting us photograph your day. We think you are a beautiful couple both inside and out and we wish you nothing but love and laughter for your future.
Special thanks to the following talented people that made this amazing day complete:
What a fantastic day we had on Saturday. After a week of rain, Shane and Sioned were lucky enough to have bright sunshine on their Wedding Day, even though it was a little windy and cold.
Sioned looked absolutely stunning in her wedding dress and Shane made a very handsome groom, the perfect pair. After a beautiful ceremony at Llanrhuddlad Chapel, and some fun photographs on a Forager that had been parked outside the chapel, the Wedding reception took place at the Celtic Royal Hotel in Caernarfon. The happy couple and their guests were good enough to brave the cold for some photos outside before sitting down for their meal.
This was an amazing day, it was so lovely to see a couple meant to be together.
Sioned and Shane we really loved being a part of your day and we hope you’ll like your photographs xx
Many thanks to all these wonderful people who added their special touches to make the day perfect:
Beautiful Treysgawen Hall was the setting for Claire and Bari’s Wedding day last Saturday, and whilst the weather wasn’t bright and sunny we did manage to get out and get some photographs before the rain became too heavy.
Claire was an absolutely stunning Bride, the perfect match for the handsome Groom, Bari. All the guests looked amazing and were so patient, standing outside so the Bride and Groom could have some photographs with them all, even whilst the odd drop of rain came down.
We loved being a part of this day, all the details that had gone into the day were amazing, from the venue, to the cake, the flowers and the confetti cannons for the first dance, they all made for a very special day.
Claire and Bari we hope that you enjoyed your day and we look forward to showing you the rest of the photographs very soon xx
Rachel and Sean chose the beautiful Carreglwyd as the setting for their Wedding day on Saturday. Unfortunately the weather was against us on the day but we had a dry start which meant the most important part of the day, the ceremony, could be performed in the most amazing setting, on the lake. The guests were great fun and even endured some light drizzle so we could get a few shots outside before the rain really came down. The whole day was so full of fun, with two bands combining to play some amazing music, face painting and fantastic food and drinks, no one really noticed the poor weather outside.
Rachel and Sean we hope you had an amazing day, we wish you all the best for the future xx
Special thanks to these talented and amazing people:
Here’s a beautiful little girl to brighten your day. Poppy is exactly one month old today and we had a lovely morning photographing her. She was very chilled, and very alert, this little girl is going to be very intelligent as she grows up.
Thank you all for a lovely morning 🙂 x
When planning for a February wedding, umbrellas and warm clothes should be expected, however this was not the case for our first wedding of the year.
Seiriol and Michelle could not have wished for more perfect weather for their day, no wind, no rain, just blue skies and sunshine.
Both Bride and Groom were so relaxed in the morning whilst getting ready, clearly this pair were totally at ease and excited to tie the knot, there were no nerves anywhere!
Friends and family filled the beautiful church in Llanfechell and afterwards greeted the pair at Carreg Bran in LlanfairPG, where everyone worked together to help us get some groups photographs to remember the day.
After a fantastic Wedding Breakfast we had some fun with sparklers outside before the happy couple took to the dance floor for their first dance as Mr & Mrs Edwards.
We had an amazing day with Seiriol and Michelle. They are such a perfect match, so right for each other and such a genuinely thoughtful and considerate couple.
We wish you both a lifetime of happiness, thank you for a fantastic day xx
