It would hardly be an understatement to say what a tough year this has been, this couple know this all too well. Leilla & Nathan were meant to get married in 2020, but after having to change their date more than once, they finally made it down the aisle yesterday, and we could not have wished for a more perfect day.
This couple are completely in tune with one another, it’s easy to see the strong connection they have, and this was also evident in their moving wedding vows and speeches which meant hardly anyone had a dry eye afterwards.
Although circumstances meant that this amazing couple could not have the wedding they had planned, and could not have all the guests that they wanted to be present, we know they made the best of their day anyway and it felt incredibly special.
Leilla and Nathan, thank you for choosing us to photograph your day, and to you and your families and guests for making us feel so welcome. We loved being a part of it and we know you are going to have an amazing life together. We are looking forward to sharing your bigger celebration when circumstances allow.
Our blog always goes a little quiet at this time of year as we like to keep everyone’s photos a secret until Santa has delivered all his presents!
We do still have a few slots available in November and December, although they are filling up fast, and we guarantee to have your prints ready in time for Christmas for all sessions booked before 18th December.
We can do indoor or outdoor shoots, if you’re feeling brave in the cold! Autumn/winter can be a lovely time for photos outdoors with the leaves on the trees changing colour, and your session can include your whole family, babies, couples, individuals or even pets!
A photograph is a great gift for that anyone at Christmas, but especially for the hard to buy for. What could be better than a photograph of a loved one to keep and display.
Give the gift of a lasting memory this Christmas 🙂
We always have a ‘plan B’ in mind for Wedding days where the weather isn’t good enough for outdoor photographs, and yesterday morning, with torrential rain and gale force winds battering Anglesey, that plan was firmly in place. However, five minutes before the Bride arrived at Trearddur Bay Hotel, the rain stopped, the clouds began to clear and even though the wind was still strong, the sun started to peek out. We couldn’t believe our luck, but sure enough, as the ceremony finished, the sun came out in full force and we were able to take advantage and get outside for photographs.
Gemma and Steve were a fantastic couple to work with and we were so pleased they chose us to photograph their Wedding Day. We absolutely loved their commitment to getting some photos by the sea, even though the spray from the waves was blowing over us all and the wind was wreaking havoc with hair and dresses. Gemma must have been freezing! We hope we made it worthwhile.
Thank you both for an amazing day, we loved being a part of it, love and happiness to you always 🙂
We were so lucky with the weather this morning. Bright sunshine and blue skies meant that we could get outside to celebrate gorgeous Henry’s first birthday with plenty of photos, and of course a cake. Big sister Phoebe was a fantastic and helped us get some great shots. We had a fab morning and hope Henry enjoyed the rest of his birthday. Thank you for a fun shoot Helen and George, look forward to seeing you soon x

Janet and John discovered Anglesey by mistake one day when travelling, and have been coming here ever since for holidays, so it was wonderful that they chose to get married here on Saturday. The day started with torrential rain and wind but as we got closer to their ceremony time, the sun came out and decided to show Janet, John and all their guests that had made the long journey over here just how beautiful this island is.
Janet looked stunning with make-up by Laura Willson and hair by Jo Warburton, and Vicky Butterflies did a stunning job decorating the room. The Lastra Farm Hotel did a great job of looking after everyone and providing a lovely Wedding breakfast and amazing buffet spread in the evening.
We really enjoyed this Wedding, it was simple, beautiful and full of sincerity and joy. We wish you both all the luck in the world together and look forward to showing you the rest of the photos soon xx
Hard to believe that of all the days of the week the weather would choose to smile on us, we would get lucky enough for it to be Kerri & Gwyn’s Wedding Day on Saturday.
After a week of dull, cloudy, rainy and cold weather, we were blessed
with blue skies and warm sun.
The atmosphere in Kerri’s house on the morning of her Wedding was so relaxed, she never stopped smiling and laughing, it was clear to see that she could not wait to marry Gwyn, and once she was in her dress the smile got even wider!
The whole day went without a hitch, Gwyn found his shoes (eventually), the classic cars all ran beautifully, the sun shone and the guests all looked fantastic.
It was a real pleasure to be part of your day Kerri & Gwyn, thank you.
Hope you like the photographs x
We couldn’t have asked for better weather today for Martyn & Emma’s engagement shoot at Newborough. With such a beautiful location, and a beautiful couple to match it was bound to be a great afternoon. It was so nice to see a couple so at ease and in tune with one another, and so relaxed in front of the camera. We can’t wait to photograph your wedding next year! Hope you like the photos, see you soon xx
Two couples, one wedding! A double wedding these days isn’t all that common so we were delighted when Bethan, Andy, Cathryn and Paul asked us to be their photographers for the day.
With rain forecast all day we prepared for the worst, but got really lucky when the sun popped out just in time for the two sisters’ arrival at the church in Llanddona. It even stayed dry long enough for us to have a few minutes on beautiful Llanddona beach with the two happy couples. After that the rain set back in for the evening but it didn’t dampen anyone’s spirits and the rest of the evening was a huge success with a barbeque at the Meifod Country House in Caernarfon and bouncy castles for the children and the adults!
It’s fair to say that we expected this day to be harder work than a normal wedding, but we enjoyed it so much, everyone was so fantastic, easy going and looked amazing that the day flew past easily. Bethan, Andy, CAthryn, Paul, it was a real pleasure to photograph you and all your guests. Thank you so much for making us so welcome in your homes and in your wedding. Hope the photos show what a wonderful day it was xx
