Joanne’s Surprise 50th!

Last weekend we spent an enjoyable evening photographing Joanne’s surprise 50th birthday party. She thought she was just going out for a quiet meal with a few close family members, but when she arrived at the venue, about 50 of Joanne’s family and friends were there, waiting quietly, hidden out of sight! Her face was priceless when she realised she had been set up! And all organised perfectly by her son and daughter, Mike and Laura. Myles 1st Birthday

‘Cake Bash’ sessions are our favourite type of photo session to do because we meet some gorgeous babies and they are so much fun! We met Myles today when he came for a birthday ‘cake bash’ session, with his big sister Maisie and Mummy & Daddy, Danny & Emma. Myles and Maisie certainly didn’t disappoint us on the entertainment front! What a pair of gorgeous, intelligent children Was so lovely to meet you all today, hope you have a wonderful first birthday Myles, can’t wait to show you all the photographs! x

Amelie Sophia

Meet Amelie Sophia. A gorgeous little girl who slept her way through most of the photo session, taking it all in her stride! And with beautiful skin and a full head of hair, she was the perfect little model
She was born on 16th December 2011, just in time for Christmas! What a wonderful present

Menai Bridge

Just before Christmas we met 2 lovely families when they contacted us for a shoot down at one of our favourite locations, right by the Menai Bridge. It wasn’t the best day, dull, damp and overcast, and everyone was full of cold, but both Sioned and Llinos’s families were still in good spirits and it was a real pleasure to photograph them all.
We’re really glad you all liked the shots, was great to meet you all, your great spirits on a cold day really helped to make our job easy

Ifan, 1 year old

We first met this beautiful little boy a year ago when he was just a few days old…

Today he came back to celebrate his first birthday with a cake bash session. Lots of fun and very messy! Ifan has grown into a lovely little boy, full of energy and very cute, it was lovely to see him again, its always nice to see how much some of the babies we photographed as newborns have grown up

Jamie Wyn

Now here’s a little heartbreaker This is Jamie Wyn. He came for a 1st birthday cake bash today after turning 1 year old on the 2nd of January. What a wonderful way to start the new year!
He was so good, full of smiles (and cake by the end of the session!) and just wanted to dance! Thanks for a fun morning Clair, Steve & Jamie, hope you like the photos, see you very soon x

Cemaes

I love a rough windy day, so I headed over to Cemaes Bay today at high tide to get some shots, however it was too rough today even for me. It was cold, with a strong wind blowing straight in off the sea. which is the worst for seascape shots as you have to wipe the spray off the lens in between each shot.  I always say, when I go out with the camera, if I don’t get at least wet feet, then I won’t get a decent shot, but I admitted defeat today when I got seawater up my nose! I’m stubborn when it comes to braving the elements but once I couldn’t feel my feet any more I knew it was time to call it a day
